Having been a mother with a special needs kid I focus on supporting other women going through the stress that this brings into our bodies in everyday life. While these sessions are holistic we focus on nourishment that reduces anxiety, depression and boosts your energy levels.
Thyroid hormones control your metabolism and with that your energy levels, digestion, heartbeat and how you feel! Thyroid dysfunction is especially common for women but with a tailor made nutritional plan you can reduce stress blockages and help heal your thyroid function.

My health journey was a long road. With a series of painful life events I was in a constant state of stress and I became sick.
As a result I started to research which led me to using FOOD AS MEDICINE. I changed my diet and started noticing how my overall well-being started to improve.
Now I’m passionate about sharing my findings with others! As a Nutritional Therapist I have learned how we can achieve good health through what we eat and what works for each, individual body.
