My custom designed programs are created with your best interest in mind, and are designed to fit your goals and unique needs. Through a personalized and guided step-by-step plan based on holistic principles and foundational healing, we will get a true grasp on your wellness goals and work towards long-term success. In addition to personal sessions, programs may include personalized meal plans and guidance, food sensitivity testing, and supplement suggestions.
In addition to Nutritional Therapy I lead a small group class called The RESTART® Program.
It’s a five-week program that combines up-to-date nutrition education, a guided 21 day sugar detox (aka Real Food Challenge), and small group support.
It’s the perfect way to kickstart a new healthy lifestyle or prepare to look and feel your best for an up coming event.

Week 1: Prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your successful REAL FOOD sugar detox.
Week 2: Digestion, find out how it’s designed to work and how to optimize your system to get the most out of a healthy diet.
Week 3: Learn how your body responds to excess sugar and refined carbs, and learn how to get off of the sugar rollercoaster.
Week 4: We unveil the truth about dietary FATS and why healthy fats are essential to your diet. Learn which ones to enjoy, which ones to avoid and why.
Week 5: Learn how to integrate the tools and skills you’ve acquired through The RESTART® Program.
Grocery Tours & Pantry Makeover
A great compliment to your personalized nutritional plan, these are two of my most informative teaching tools. We will go through your staples, read labels together, compare different products, and discover healthier alternatives. I will teach you what questions you can ask your food providers, and show you what’s in season. I can help you throw away the bad, and provide suggestions for restocking your kitchen with the good!
