If you are interested in how to navigate wisely through the challenges that the times before, during and after menopause can bring, join us for this 2-hour workshop & wisdom gathering.

This workshop will be filled with uplifting nutritional information by Doro and mind-body yogic practices with Petrina. They will offer knowledge that will help you manage the classical symptoms of menopause like hot flashes, anxiety and insomnia. And perhaps, more importantly, they will help you shift the experience of menopause into an important time in your life for stepping into your midlife power, maturity and sovereignty.

After a tough period in her life Doro started to study nutrition which led her to using FOOD AS MEDICINE. She changed her diet and noticed amazing results that she is now passionate about sharing with others as a certified Nutritional Therapist!

Over the years she has worked with multiple clients guiding them through menopause advising them on personalised nutritional plans to alleviate symptoms. In this course Doro hopes to share her top tips with a wider group and help more women through this stage of life.

Petrina Plecko, Certified Yoga Therapist

For the last 3 decades Petrina has effectively coached hundreds of people of all walks of life, individually and in groups, to regain their balance of Body-Mind-Spirit.

Petrina has been immersed in the study of yoga therapy in the Krishnamacharya lineage, and Eastern & Western healing arts: Shiatsu with Macrobiotics, Ayurveda, Herbalism, Nutritional Therapy, Meditation and the ways of the Wise Woman.

Having gone through the ups and the downs of menopause, Lyme disease and babesiosis simultaneously, she has a first hand experience of how yoga, lifestyle and food choices help to navigate through the hormonal changes with more ease and grace.
